DIRECTIONS TO THE NJTPA
The NJTPA is located in the One Newark Center office building (1085 Raymond Blvd), adjacent to the Seton Hall Law School building in downtown Newark. The location is near Penn Station Newark which serves the Northeast Corridor, North Jersey Coast Line, Raritan Valley Line, PATH Trains, and the Newark City Subway System.

Penn Station Newark
From Penn Station, walk out of the main waiting room, turn right onto Plaza West and proceed to the first traffic light. Turn left onto Raymond Boulevard. One Newark Center is located on the northwest corner of Raymond Boulevard and McCarter Highway (Route 21), adjacent to the Seton Hall Law School.
Broad Street Station Newark
From Broad Street Station Newark, which serves the Morris and Essex Line Trains, take the Newark Light Rail (located in front of the station) to Penn Station, and follow the above direction
New Jersey Turnpike – North or South
Follow Turnpike to Exit 15W, Route 280 West. Drive approximately 2 miles on Route 280 West to Exit 15, marked "21/Newark". At this exit, follow signs for Route 21 South (the ramp is a horseshoe curve). At the end of the ramp turn right onto Route 21 South (also called McCarter Highway). Continue on McCarter Highway approximately 1 mile to Raymond Boulevard. One Newark Center is the building on the right corner before crossing Raymond Boulevard.
Garden State Parkway– North or South
Follow GSP to Exit 145. Follow signs to Route 280 East (Harrison/Newark). Take Exit 15 marked "Route 21 South." Follow Route 21 South (also called McCarter Highway), approximately 1 mile to Raymond Boulevard. One Newark Center is the building on the right corner before crossing Raymond Boulevard.
Parking
Although parking is available at various facilities around the building, there is a garage in the complex. The entrance to this garage is located on Mulberry Street which is also designated Ronald H. Brown St.
After parking in the garage, take elevator to the "I" level of the garage and follow signs to the skywalk in the office tower. The skywalk will take you across the internal part of the Seton Hall Law School Complex. At the end of the skywalk, go up the flight of stairs and you will be in the sky lobby which is the sixth floor of the office tower. Take the elevator to the 17th floor.
