Adapting To Climate Change: An International Discussion
Objective: As part of a collaborative research effort between the Forum of European National Highway Research Laboratories (FEHRL) and FHWA, FEHRL is conducting a scanning tour of select US transportation agencies to learn how US agencies are adapting their transportation infrastructure to the impacts of climate change. Expert panelists from Europe and from our own region discussed Global Infrastructure Resiliency Issues, Climate Change and Infrastructure Vulnerability Assessment in New Jersey, Status of European Climate Adaptation Work, and Update on Climate Change Adaptation Activities in the NY / NJ Region.
