The NJTPA is seeking consultant assistance in conducting two Planning for Emerging Centers studies. Through these RFPs, the NJTPA is seeking to engage two firms to provide professional consultant services for two separate studies. The first contract is for the Borough of Keyport (Monmouth County) Complete Streets Policy and Implementation Plan. The second contract is for the Borough of Raritan (Somerset County) Sustainable Economic Development Plan. Primary tasks to be performed by the consultant in the first contract shall include, but are not limited to: data collection, community outreach, vision and goal setting, development of a Complete Street Policy, Ordinance, and a comprehensive Design and Implementation Guide. Primary tasks to be performed by the consultant in the second contract shall include, but not limited to: data collection, community outreach, an economic and market assessment, development of land use ordinances and mobility recommendations. The NJTPA invites all qualified firms with experience in this area to submit proposals for this project.
