Current RFPs

The North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority, Inc. (NJTPA) is seeking consultant support to assist member Subregions under a new consultant effort that includes three components: Pilot pedestrian lighting analysis, Pilot Intersection Control Evaluations analysis and an update to a prior NJTPA consultant-led Pedestrian Counts effort. The consultant will evaluate the existing lighting at 26 locations where nighttime pedestrian crashes have occurred and make recommendations for improvements; evaluate fifteen intersections where fatal and/or suspected serious injury vehicular crashes have occurred using the Intersection Control Evaluation tool developed under New Jersey’s 2020 Strategic Highway Safety Plan; and collect pedestrian counts at 100 locations throughout the NJTPA Region.

All proposals must be submitted by May 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM ET
 
Proposals received after this deadline will not be considered for review.
