Description
The North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority, Inc. (NJTPA) is seeking consultant support to assist in the development of the Financial Element of the Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) update. Federal law requires that the NJTPA Long Range Transportation Plan be updated every four (4) years including an updated Financial Element that is fiscally constrained and demonstrates reasonably anticipated funding for planned investments. This Request for Proposals seeks consultant support for developing the fiscally constrained Financial Element and related tasks.
