Public Meeting: Main Street Safety Improvements (Manville)

Somerset County, in cooperation with the Borough of Manville, the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority, the New Jersey Department of Transportation, and the Federal Highway Administration, will be hosting a public meeting on proposed safety improvements to Main Street (CR 533) between Kennedy Boulevard and Dukes Parkway (CR 608).

The purpose of the meeting is to explain the purpose and need for this project, give an update on progress to date, and to answer any questions relating to the proposed design and construction of the project. Due to the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting will be held virtually.
This meeting is being conducted in conformance with Federal and State regulations, and is open to all members of the public. Following the presentation, the public is invited and encouraged to ask questions or to use a comment form which can be found on the County’s project link below. For those unable to attend live, the meeting will be recorded and posted to the County’s project link for viewing.
