Somerset County Master Plan Circulation Element

The County developed a circulation element that is consistent with and advances recommendations from previous plans, with a focus on improving linkages to employment, implementing transportation solutions that reduce reliance on fossil fuels and their negative impacts on climate change, green infrastructure, and EV readiness plan.
