Public Meeting: Main Avenue Study, City of Passaic

Passaic County and the City of Passaic, in coordination with the NJTPA, New Jersey Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration is holding two open-house format public meetings to inform residents, officials, businesses and the general public of the Main Avenue Local Concept Development Study.

This study will focus on improving safety for all roadway users, traffic operations, transit access, and providing support for economic development along Main Avenue between Monroe Street and Gregory Avenue in the City of Passaic. For additional information on the study visit www.MainAvePassaic.com.

The meetings will include information on the existing conditions along Main Avenue and will solicit public input for the project's Purpose and Need Statement. The meetings are being held from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. with a brief presentation at 3 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m.

Written comments will be accepted through Friday, February 28, 2020.
