West Hudson Circulation and Connectivity Study
The study will evaluate existing transportation conditions, access, and challenges to improve accessibility for pedestrians, bicyclists, transit riders, motorists and trucks that travel in the western part of Hudson County. This includes the Borough of East Newark, the Town of Harrison, and the Town of Kearny.
