City of Passaic - 2023
Goal: Review existing plans and projects to strategize on coordination of transit modes at and near the soon to be relocated NJ TRANSIT bus terminal and identify steps to advance these plans for further development and funding.
Objectives: 
- Review current and previous planning studies.
- Identify pedestrian access gaps and improvements to the soon-to-be relocated NJ TRANSIT bus terminal and soon-to-be constructed city parking deck.
- Initiate planning for a proposed city transit shuttle route between the bus terminal, nearby train stations and city business, recreational and senior destinations.
- Inform city efforts to develop and advance a state Transit Village Program application.
